As per the game logic there is no guarantee that Legendary, Epic, Rare or Uncommon eggs do not contain duplicates. You can view the rates for each type of egg here.

We do have a special egg type called a Non-duplicate Egg but the resulting unique Lemming obtained from this egg can be any rarity.
